Standard provides a 6-month listing with up to 25 photos. Premium provides a 6-month listing with up to 50 photos and up to 3 Open House Alerts. Either package can be extended by 6 months for $100, for 12 months in total.

Listings are subject to broker review and approval before MLS activation.

What is the difference between the $299 and $349 packages?
Standard ($299) includes a 6-month MLS listing with up to 25 photos. Premium ($349) includes a 6-month MLS listing with up to 50 photos and up to 3 Open House Alerts. Standard can add up to 3 Open House Alerts for $25. Choose Premium for up to 50 photos.
How long does each MLS listing run?
Both packages run for 6 months. You can add the optional Extend Listing upgrade for $100 at checkout to extend either package by 6 months, for 12 months in total.
How many photos can I include?
Standard allows up to 25 photos. Premium allows up to 50 photos. Choose Premium if you need up to 50 photos.
Can I add optional upgrades?
Yes. Optional upgrades are available during checkout, including a 6-month listing extension, Call Forwarding, ShowingTime where supported, Open House Alerts, and a second MLS listing (subject to brokerage approval).
Are there closing fees or commissions when my home sells?
No. You pay one flat fee up front. Our listing service charges no closing fees, transaction fees, success fees or percentage-based listing-side commissions.
